  • Over the past six years, Robby has leased more than 50 retail locations, representing some of the most recognizable brands in the country — including Starbucks, 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, Mo’ Bettahs, and Pacific Dental. His work has shaped communities across Las Vegas, pairing national tenants with spaces that drive visibility and growth.

  • Robert “Robby” Adams is a Nevada real estate broker and proud Las Vegas native with more than sixteen years of experience in the real estate industry. A graduate of Bishop Gorman High School, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of San Francisco before returning home to apply his education and local knowledge to a career in commercial real estate.

    For the past decade, Robby has worked with a wide range of developers and landlords, successfully leasing numerous retail and restaurant locations to national and regional tenants including Golden Entertainment, 7-Eleven, Denny’s, McDonald’s, and HCA Healthcare. Since July 2021, he has served as the exclusive tenant representative for Starbucks in Las Vegas, where he identifies and secures strategic sites to support the brand’s continued expansion in the market.

    Robby and his team provide commercial real estate representation to developers and landlords across the Las Vegas area. By combining deep market expertise with a hands-on, relationship-focused approach, they help clients achieve long-term growth, sustained success, and lasting partnerships.
