CEO, Robby Adams

Las Vegas is more than home for Robby Adams—it’s in his DNA. A lifelong native, he has spent nearly two decades shaping the city’s commercial real estate landscape, guiding clients through complex deals with deep local knowledge, national connections, and a personalized approach. His work reflects a commitment to both Las Vegas’ growth and  the success of his clients.

Andrea Behrens is a licensed commercial real estate agent with 47Group, specializing in retail and restaurant site selection, tenant representation, and business development throughout the Las Vegas Valley. 

Andrea works with national, regional, and local brands to identify real estate opportunities, evaluate trade areas, coordinate market tours, source on- and off-market sites, and move prospective locations from initial search through LOI. 

Her background in marketing, sales, and project coordination brings a unique perspective to commercial real estate, allowing her to understand both the real estate requirements and the broader growth strategy behind each client's expansion. 

Known for her hands-on approach and attention to detail, Andrea works closely with clients, landlords, developers, and the 47Group team to keep opportunities moving and help clients make informed real estate decisions.

  • Over the past six years, Robby has leased more than 50 retail locations, representing some of the most recognizable brands in the country — including Starbucks, 7-Eleven, McDonald’s, Mo’ Bettahs, and Pacific Dental. His work has shaped communities across Las Vegas, pairing national tenants with spaces that drive visibility and growth.

  • Robert “Robby” Adams is a Nevada real estate broker and proud Las Vegas native with more than sixteen years of experience in the real estate industry. A graduate of Bishop Gorman High School, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from the University of San Francisco before returning home to apply his education and local knowledge to a career in commercial real estate.

    For the past decade, Robby has worked with a wide range of developers and landlords, successfully leasing numerous retail and restaurant locations to national and regional tenants including Golden Entertainment, 7-Eleven, Denny’s, McDonald’s, and HCA Healthcare. Since July 2021, he has served as the exclusive tenant representative for Starbucks in Las Vegas, where he identifies and secures strategic sites to support the brand’s continued expansion in the market.

    Robby and his team provide commercial real estate representation to developers and landlords across the Las Vegas area. By combining deep market expertise with a hands-on, relationship-focused approach, they help clients achieve long-term growth, sustained success, and lasting partnerships.
